UPDATE : ACT 774 ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONS ACT 2016

Greetings Members,

This is an update on the ACT 774. The Minister has appointed 1st of July 2020 as the date on which the Act will come into operation.

Attached is the official Federal Government Gazette as well as the Allied Health Professions Regulations (Fees) 2020.

Thus, once the Act is in full operation, the Members of the council will then be officially appointed and only then will the Members of Council decide on how and when an allied health practitioner can apply for registration.

So stay tuned, and we will inform MSCP members on up to date information on AHP registration matters.
