For better career progression, I'd suggest taking a good look at the current employment to identify if the environment (employer, peers, culture) is aligned with your values. Opinions not being heard could be down to a few reasons: 1. Company revenues 2. Poor communication 3. Difference in cultures Talk to someone with more experience in a similar setting, and get advice on which areas you could work on to get your words heard at work ;)

I would suggest you report to MSCP under 'ethical complaints'. For those who are not CP's you can report it to MAHPC.

I have been to a place to do interview and they said they let the psy degree graduate to be the "psychologist". without the proper qualifications and acreditation, they are not qualified to call themselves as "psychologist"..
